Poco are committed to protecting and respecting all our customers privacy and personal data.

Our Privacy Policy explains the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us will be processed and used by us. Please read the full document carefully and take time to understand how your personal data is used and shared.

For the General Data Protection Regulation you, the customer, are the data controller and we, Poco, are the data processor.

What personal data do we collect and when do we collect it?

We may collect and use the following data:

When you use our store and browse our products we may gather the following: your name, email address, password, telephone number, billing address and delivery address. We may also view and collect products you have viewed and or added to your shopping bag. We may use your email to send you a reminder to complete the checkout process.

You may ask to view any data we have gathered or for any data to be removed from our system at any time by sending us an email.

When you provide a review of our services and or products on either our online store, via email, or third party platform, we may collect personal data such as your name and email address plus your comments and images, all of which may be displayed on our site without communication to yourself, we will only ever display your name using your first name and first letter of your surname.

When you fill in a form on our website to request contact or return, we will collect any contact information you provide.

When you contact us by any other means for instance email, phone or site visit, we may keep a record of contact information you provide to us at the time.

Our website uses cookies, as almost all websites do. These allow us to improve our website and provide you with an excellent online experience. We use cookies to analyse user experience and improve our customers journey.

We do our upmost to ensure that all information we gather and you provide is kept secure. Some of the information you provide to us will be transmitted electronically, for example any information you provide via email or on our website.

Our website is SSL secured and any payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and the privacy policy in place with our payment processor.

Your Rights in relation to the personal data we hold.

You have the right to:

Request access to your personal data, enabling you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Request a correction to the information we hold about you. We may need to require the accuracy of new information you provide us; however you have the right to request any incorrect information is amended.

Request deletion of your personal data. This allows you to ask us to delete and or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us to retain it. Where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with a local law, you may request this change. In some circumstances we may have the legal right to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.

  • Where you need us to hold the data even if we no longer require it, as you need to establish legal claims.
