Should you wish to return anything you have bought from us, we will be happy to refund the cost of any item or offer an exchange in line with our returns policy. If you are in doubt about any stage of our returns procedures, please read our full policy below or get in touch with us.
Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days. In this circumstance we will give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.
We accept returns at any time within 28 days, excluding made to measure, bespoke or personalised order, starting on the day you receive your order. In case any item arrives faulty or damaged to yourself we can either send out a replacement product or offer a refund.
For online and telephone purchases, we will refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days.

Terms and Conditions of Our Returns Policy
If the product returned is not in a complete resalable condition or the packaging is damaged resulting in damage to the product, we reserve the right to refuse the refund of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights. This is in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Any refunds will be processed once received and inspected. After that you will be refunded in fill to the card used to pay for the goods. If payment was made using a gift card, refund card or e-gift card then the refund will go back on to the original card – so keep it safe.
We are not responsible for the safe return of products. Therefore we will not refund any product that does not reach the address stated in returns procedures.
Made to measure, bespoke or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are functionally defective.
A completed returns document must be included within the package clearly stating the reason you are returning the product.
After 30 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
