Terms and Conditions – Terms of Use.

Terms and conditions of the website pocodogbeds.com is provided by Poco. The company shall be referenced as “we”, “us” and “our” with the person placing the order using our online store now referred to as “you” and “your”.

Use of our website is subject to the following conditions. We may revise and change terms and conditions taking effect for all customers as of the date stated at the time of amendment.

The website pocodogbeds.com is designed for your personal, non-commercial use and must not be used in any other way without our written consent. Except as allowed under applicable law, you must not use, copy, broadcast, download, store, transmit, publish, license, or adapt any content displayed on the pocodogbeds.com website. Purchasing Terms

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT. An additional delivery charge may be added to your order where appropriate. For more information see our FAQs page.

You sales contract is with Elite Bedding Company Ltd and by purchasing goods you agree to their private and domestic use only and that they are not for resale.

You agree that all details you provide online at the point of purchase are current, accurate and complete in all respects and that your chosen payment method provides sufficient funds to cover the payment of product(s) ordered.

If a product is unavailable and has been incorrectly displayed online, we will inform you that we are unable to fulfil your order and offer you an alternative product or cancel and refund your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us to the address you provide at point of purchase. This will acknowledge that we have received your order, this is not a letter of acceptance for your order. We reserve the right to not accept any order. Order acceptance will be confirmed with you through an email informing you your order has been dispatched. The contract between the company (us) and the customer (you) will be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation.

Payment will be taken from your chosen card at the point of placing your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order, payment will be refunded in full to the card used to pay. No contract of sale will exist between us and you until we accept your order by dispatching the product.


We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We accept cards, wallets and buy now pay later payment methods.

All sales safeguard your details and none of your details are saved on our website, card details may on your choosing be stored on our payment gateway Stripe or through the buy now pay later providers.

All prices shown are in GBP, pounds sterling (£) and are correct at the time of publishing. Our prices are inclusive of UK sales tax where appropriate and at the current VAT rate.

Payment Security

We strive to ensure safe checkout and payment for our customer and has been advised by Stripe that the use of their payment system is secure. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions before completing an online purchase, the customer accepts that we accept no responsibility or liability for any failure in the online payment system Stripe.

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after our order is placed in link with our terms and conditions. Once dispatched you must follow the returns procedures and guidelines outlined in our returns and exchange page. Upon cancellation your money will be refunded in full within 5 – 10 working days. The customer will be advised of any delay to the refund due to technical or third-party service failures.


For bespoke products all deposits paid are non refundable once the order has been confirmed and/or production has started. To ensure order accuracy you will be sent an order confirmation which we ask you to check over carefully. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately.


We provide a three-week estimated delivery date. More specific predicted delivery dates will be highlighted at point of purchase. We endeavor to delivery on or before the date highlighted at point of purchase. The expected delivery date may change at any time. If the delivery date changes you will be contacted via the email address provided at point of purchase.

If for any reason an item cannot be delivered on or before the stated date when the order is placed, we will inform you of the reason for delay and discuss new proposed delivery dates with you directly through methods you provide.

Goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided at point of purchase.

Delivery charges stated on our website are for Mainland UK only. There are additional charges for orders being shipped to Northern Ireland, The Highlands or Channel Islands. We will contact any Customer who enter a shipping address subject to additional charges at the email address they provide. The Customer may then elect to proceed with the order or to cancel for a full refund.

If the delivery address is outside of the UK there will be additional delivery charges and you may be subject to import duties. You are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance.

For international orders, we ask that customers email us for a delivery quotation if the rates are not displayed at checkout.

We work with multiple couriers and delivery service providers. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched and you will be advised of any tracking numbers if relevant in line with shipping terms and conditions.

We will pass on the email address and phone number you provide at point of purchase to couriers where required for safe and effective delivery. We will provide you with the company and tracking information of the used courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you may track your order by communicating directly with the courier.

Conformity of Goods

We take great care in our photography to ensure we accurately represent the products we sell. However, specifications and descriptions of products on our website are intended to give a general description of products.

Colours displayed are a close representation to in person colouring. We do not accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by any software, browser, computer, tablet or phone settings that you may use.

If a product is faulty or not to the expected quality, then please get in touch via hello@pocodogbeds.com and we will work with you to correct the problem as soon as possible.

Data Protection

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided at point of purchase is accurate and valid. You must inform us of any changes to the details provided. We comply with all applicable Data Protection laws in the UK.
